Goals, not triggers, should shape workplace culture reviews

In the wake of an employer announcing a culture review following a public scandal, an expert says it's worth noting that the goals of any review, not its triggers, should be what shape it "on the ground".

In the past fortnight Sydney's Centenary Institute, whose top cardiologist has been accused of sexual harassment by a former employee, pledged an independent review into its workplace culture.

Its executive director told the Sydney Morning Herald the review would be conducted "without delay", while the employee's lawyer said the organisation had been on notice about the allegations for nearly a year...
