Four misconceptions holding back hybrid work success

Employers must overcome four common misconceptions around hybrid work to effectively embed the practice in the long term, new research suggests.

Collocated and remote work each have unique strengths and weaknesses, researchers note in Microsoft's latest Future of Work Report.

Understanding this is crucial to addressing a key misconception, which is that workers should have the same experience, regardless of whether they work remotely or in the office.
