Google now offers its employees reimbursements for a range of family-building expenses, and "unlimited" parental support from specialists, in an expansion of its wider benefits package.

Employees at Google in Australia and New Zealand will now be able to access funding for fertility treatments such as egg freezing, IVF and IUI, as well as capped costs for adoption and surrogacy.

Further, families will now also have 24/7 access to video appointments with a range of providers and services, such as fertility specialists, mental health providers, adoption specialists, surrogacy specialists, nutritionists, pregnancy and postpartum specialists, paediatricians, midwives, sleep coaches and lactation consultants...
