Expanded responsibilities driving up HR salaries; New-hire pay rates low
HR salaries have rebounded from last year's falls to sit at or near 2019 levels, according to Robert Half's annual salary survey. Meanwhile pay rates for new hires are remaining below that of existing employees in the same roles, Mercer research shows.
