Organisations are overlooking one of the best ways to engage employees in change, according to a neuroleadership specialist.

The neuroscience of leading change, and of change readiness, is currently one of the biggest areas of demand from HR leaders, says EnHansen Performance CEO and founder Kristen Hansen.

But in a new HR Daily Premium webcast, she explains employers are still overlooking the importance of communicating the 'why' of change.

Further, they're failing to use storytelling to get leaders' and other employees' buy-in, she says.
