Relatable organisations are "unlocking the answers to workforce challenges"

Five trends are differentiating leading organisations this year, but being "relatable" is the thread that connects them all, new research shows.

Relatable organisations are those that prioritise the "whole person" needs of their employees; they realise that values, partnership, wellness and energy "don't come at the expense of growth but, instead, create it", according to Mercer's latest talent trends report.

'Building for employability' is one of five key trends Mercer is seeing among relatable organisations, and its study of nearly 11,000 leaders across Australia and 15 other countries has found that executives believe reskilling/upskilling is the key initiative that will deliver measurable return on investment this year.
