'Good days' more motivating than wellbeing strategies

Organisational health can seem "too big and complex" to address, but HR plays a critical role in "triggering the conversation" that pushes it forward, a workplace wellbeing specialist says.

Although it can be examined from many layers, organisational health ultimately focuses on performance, says Q5 managing director Lyndal Hughes.

"At the top level, if we think about organisational health, it's really that all the things that need to be in place for that organisation to perform well, are there," she tells HR Daily.

"Sometimes it requires some intervention, such as operating models or being more customer-centric, but it's having it all aligned around the strategy and purpose..."
