Crucial time to review 'conversation culture'

With vaccinations and other COVID-related conversations poised to divide workplaces, it's time for HR to proactively drive their organisations' 'conversation culture', a conflict expert says.

The first and foremost thing to remember is that divisive issues, such as vaccinations, are distressing for both employees and leaders, says The Zalt Group director Zandy Fell.

"Either way, vax or no, it doesn't matter where you fall on this issue, it is not just a rational cognitive debate, it's an emotional debate," she tells HR Daily.
