CEOs must become 'agents of change' for wellbeing

Senior leaders must embody five critical roles to elevate their organisations' approach to employee wellbeing, new research suggests.

According to Sonder's Agents of Change report, the leaders best positioned to holistically support employees' wellbeing are embracers, investigators, challengers, integrators, and advocators.
