King & Wood Mallesons senior consultant Brett Feltham is a Law Society of New South Wales accredited specialist with more than 25 years' experience advising on employment, workplace relations, discrimination and workplace health and safety issues.

He regularly advises clients on complex and strategic employment matters, including C-suite level terminations. He also has particular expertise in relation to cross-border employment arrangements, and all aspects of executive remuneration and employee equity and cash incentive arrangements.

Brett is the Co-Chair of the Law Society of NSW's Employment Law Committee and has a leading role in lobbying and advocating on employment issues on behalf of the legal profession and more generally.

Renee Kasbarian is a commercial employment and work health and safety lawyer who advises clients on a range of general employment, industrial relations and WHS matters.

When it comes to assisting clients, Renee supports the HR functions of the business and adopts a commercial approach to achieve viable and positive outcomes. Renee works with clients throughout the employment lifecycle, as well as collaborating on proactive employment and WHS projects. Key matters she has recently worked on include: advising and assisting with investigating employee confidential information breaches and serious misconduct issues; assisting a commercial construction company with a SafeWork NSW investigation involving serious injury, which resulted in no legal proceedings being commenced; and advising clients in relation to bargaining negotiations with union bodies, including with industrial disputes.
