The Northern Territory Department of Education and Training is seeking an experienced Workforce Development Consultant to join its Human Resource Services Division to develop strategies and policies that enhance workforce capability and improve performance.
We are looking for an experienced Consultant with skills and experience in leading and managing workforce and performance achievement projects and policies and delivering programs that contribute to the development of the workforce.
To succeed in this role you will need to be resilient, flexible, possess advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
