Promoting excellence in HR, people management and business practices, the AHRI Awards recognise the contribution of individuals and organisations to business and the HR profession. The awards benchmark achievements, initiatives and accomplishments and demonstrate the contribution of HR best practice to business success.

Judged by an advisory panel of international thought leaders, an AHRI Award is the ultimate recognition for an individual, team or business in Australia. The thought leaders include Professor Dave Ulrich, Fons Trompenaars, Lynda Gratton and Wayne Cascio, who set a thorough and rigorous awards criteria and ensure an independent and transparent process. The advisory panel have the honour of reviewing all finalists' applications and selecting the winner.
