The Q&A time is highly valuable as it helps me relate the topic to real life situations. It is also very helpful to listen to how others deal with the topic matters in their work environment. This was the first webinar that I have ever 'attended' and it was excellent. Great content and an excellent use of time. No downtime in travel etc. Particularly of value too is receiving an audio file and a copy of the presentation. Thank you. These are a really useful way to receive info and the topics have been particularly relevant to me in the last six months. I particularly appreciate receiving the slides generally the same day and then the CD. Makes it so much easier to retain and refer back to the info. I really appreciated the practical approach taken on the subject of AA and now have stronger understanding of not just the actions that may be subject to an AA claim but practices that can be reinforced to best protect the organisation and defend such a claim.
