Executive Contract Manager Total Remuneration Package: $152 170 to $169 674
If you enjoy leading and managing people and new initiatives to create great business outcomes, Power and Water Corporation is seeking a Manager for their Employee Services HR team. The team works in a busy and complex utilities environment and is committed to delivering a quality, client focussed service in a flexible and constructive manner.
You will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of a comprehensive operational human resource management service including the development and implementation of innovative and effective response strategies to HR issues.
Ideally you will have great leadership and management skills, be outcomes focussed and have proven experience in delivering human resource management consultancy services. To succeed in this role you will need to be resilient, flexible, possess advanced problem solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations objectively.
An Executive Contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
Level will depend on qualifications or experience.
